Yoga on the Beach

Many visitors to Ponte Vedra find stretching and doing yoga a great way to begin their day. One way to make this even more special is to do your yoga on one of Ponte Vedra’s beaches as the sun rises. North Beach at the GTM Research Reserve can often offer a more secluded environment early in the morning and you can often find easy parking at its adjacent lot. After you cross A1A, use the boardwalk to access the beach. This stretch of beach provides 4 miles of open, undeveloped beachfront so you can likely find the perfect spot to strike any number of yoga poses.
